This Privacy Policy does not govern a client project or third-party platform that displays its own privacy policy. When Bloom Factor processes information solely on behalf of a business client, that client is responsible for its privacy practices, and Bloom Factor acts as its service provider or processor, as applicable.

We use these tools to support human-led work, not to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning website visitors.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal information through a public website form unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate secure method.
The handling of client content—including permitted uses, confidentiality, ownership, retention, and the use of third-party AI providers—may also be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy, the written agreement will control for that engagement.
