Winter Pain Relief

Winter Pain Relief is a meditation based on a cold winter.

It is filled with transportive imagery: trees rustling in the wind, birds flying in the sky and the chill of night. This meditation is Ideally suited to those suffering from dull throbbing pain, back pain or the pain one experiences after surgery. This meditation is also suitable for soothing the dull throbbing, aching pain, commonly associated with intense head pain. Often this pain is experienced in warm weather or in hot climates, hence the winter Theme!

Summer Pain Relief

A meditation based on a summer theme.

It is filled with transportive imagery: waves crashing on beaches, birds flying in the sky and never ending sunlight. This meditation is Ideally suited to those suffering from dull throbbing pain, back pain or the pain one experiences after surgery. This meditation is also suitable for soothing the dull throbbing, aching pain, commonly associated with arthritis. Often this pain is experienced in cold weather or in cold climates, hence the Summer Theme!

This Stream of Obstacles Meditation is designed to support you in reframing the perceived obstacles in life. This powerful 30 minute meditation is based upon the idea that you and your thoughts are made from pure energy, and the belief that becoming conscious of your issue is a  fundamental healing and a transformational agent of significant change.

White Light of Protection

If you want to overcome anxiety without medication, mindfulness meditation is a proven way to reduce anxiety and stress and improve your overall well-being. It does more than temporarily help you relax. It actually changes your brain, rewiring it to be less anxious.

Put them on anytime during the day or night when your pain requires mitigation. Ideally, do it at the same time and in the same place everyday for four days minimum.
